1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website travelpathways.in, submitting an enquiry form, or communicating with Travel Pathways via WhatsApp or telephone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enquiry submission or booking.

2. Nature of the Website & Quotations

This website functions as a holiday catalogue and consultation portal. Displayed packages, sample itineraries, and indicated prices represent invitations to treat and starting price indications based on twin-sharing room occupancy and off-peak / standard seasonal rates.

• Binding Confirmation: A booking is formally confirmed ONLY when: (1) Travel Pathways issues an official written itinerary and invoice, (2) the guest confirms acceptance, and (3) the mutually agreed advance deposit is paid.
• Land Package Scope: Unless explicitly written in a customized quotation, all package prices refer to land arrangements commencing and concluding at Srinagar International Airport (SXR), including private transport, hotel/houseboat accommodation, and daily breakfast.
• Airfare: Airfare is not included by default. We provide complimentary flight routing advisory and assistance upon request.

3. Pricing Accuracy, Seasons & Supplementary Charges

Kashmir experiences pronounced seasonal pricing fluctuations (e.g. Tulip Festival in March/April, peak summer vacation in May–June, Autumn foliage in October, and Winter Snow window in December–February).

• Final pricing will reflect your exact travel dates, chosen hotel star classification, and party size.
• Items strictly on direct guest payment include: Gulmarg Gondola tickets, pony rides, union taxi charges at Pahalgam (Aru, Betaab, Chandanwari valleys as per Pahalgam Taxi Union rules), snow gear rental, and monument entrance fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Verification

Guests are responsible for providing valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID for Indian nationals; valid Passport & Indian Tourist Visa for international travelers) at hotel check-in and security checkpoints across Jammu & Kashmir.

5. Force Majeure & Regional Travel Advisories

Travel Pathways acts with utmost diligence to ensure guest comfort and safety. However, we are not liable for delays, rerouting, or missed connections resulting from severe weather (heavy snowfall, cloudbursts, avalanches), natural disasters, flight delays by airlines, or government administrative security closures. In such instances, our senior operations desk works proactively to coordinate safe, comfortable alternative arrangements.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts executed hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located within the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising out of services provided by Travel Pathways.
